The Salvation Army marches into former Maplin

The Salvation Army has acquired the former Maplin at 3 Haven Rd, Exeter for one of their new Donation Centres. We are seeking stores of over 3,000 sq.ft with good prominence and some parking on major arterial routes and on or adjacent to retail parks.

Four new outlets for Pure Gym

Bargain Buys takes Havant Store 21

Bargain Buys has taken the former Store 21 in The Meridian Shopping Centre, Havant. The 15,000 sq.ft store will offer the full line of products and has traded very well in the first week of opening. Norbury Sansom acted on behalf of Bargain Buys. Vail Williams acted for the landlord.  

TOFS units acquired for Bargain Buys

Poundstretcher have acquired a number of the former Original Factory Shop Outlets following the recent CVA and will open them under the Bargain Buys fascia. Stores include Nailsea and Holsworthy.
