Purchase of Prescot Shopping Centre

Group Geraud UK, advised by Norbury Sansom, has purchased the Prescot Shopping Centre near Liverpool.  Tenants include M&Co, Home Bargains, Superdrug, Heron Frozen Foods, Farmfoods and Card Factory.  Further asset management will be actioned over the next few months

Currys lease re-gear at Fareham

Retail Property Advisor, Norbury Sansom, has acted for Marchmont Investment Management to agree a lease extension to the DSG Retail lease, trading as Currys, at Parkgate Retail Park in Fareham.  The lease has been extended by 5 years, now expiring in 2021.

Site purchase for the Co-Op

Norbury Sansom has acted on behalf of the Co-operative Stores main group in acquiring a freehold development site. It fronts Mid Devon Business Park in Willand, close to Exeter, where the Co-Operative will build a new 4,000 sq.ft generation 2 convenience store .  Planning consent has been secured and the Co-op expect to be on site shortly.

Peacocks opens in Bexleyheath
