One Stop appoints Norbury Sansom in search for more stores
Tesco owned One Stop has appointed Norbury Sansom to acquire new convenience stores in the south-west of the UK and a national remit on new residential led developments.
One Stop Stores Limited is a retail convenience business with over 770 company owned and operated neighbourhood stores and 160 franchisees across England, Wales and Scotland
The majority of it’s stores open seven days a week from 6am to 11pm and oﬀer local communities a range of convenience food and household goods. For added convenience many stores provide additional services including free cash machines, Post Oﬃce, PayPoint, Lottery and mobile electronic top-up.
One Stop is a subsidiary of Tesco, which acquired what was T&S Stores in 2003.
We are seeking stores of 2,500 to 3,000 sq.ft in dense residential areas. These may be neighbourhood parades or roadside sites with parking. Freehold or Leasehold
