Banbury gets its first Pure Gym after the company opened a new unit on Banbury Cross Retail Park
The 15,000 sq.ft new build unit is spread over two floors and will offer members 24 hour access to the facility.

Retail Property Advisors, Norbury Sansom, have acted on behalf of Peacocks and Edinburgh Woollen Mill to acquire a joint fascia store at units 13, 14 & 15 in the Chatham Dockside Outlet on Maritime Way.
Our client took a new 10 year lease at a rent of £100,000 per annum.
Peacocks takes former Primark in Crawley
Peacocks Stores has acquired the freehold of the former Primark at 32-34 Qeens Square, Crawley.
The building, which extends to circa 20,000 sq.ft, will house a number of EWM Group brands once the property has been refurbished.

New Peacocks for Harlow
The redevelopment of the former Marks and Spencers unit at Harvey Shopping Centre in Harlow was taken on by opportunity-fund Addington Capital.
Shops that have moved into the retail space, branded The Terrace, include Starbucks, Holland and Barrett and Peacocks.
There will also be a 30,000 square foot gym run by Exercise 4 Less. The full line up of businesses is completed by Nationwide, Papa’s Cafe, F Hines and Gym’s Kitchens.
