Norbury Sansom have acquired a new store for their client, Edinburgh Woollen Mill at 97 High Street Worcester from the landlord, St John’s College, Oxford.
Despite a number of other offers, a deal was agreed for a term of 10 years at a rent of £70,000pa with a 6 month incentive package.
The Salvation Army, advised by Norbury Sansom, have acquired a number of Donation Centre outlets including Cheltenham, Folkestone, Guildford and Newbury with a number of others in the pipeline
The acquisitions are part of the company’s strategy to increase their store numbers by around 20 a year and we are seeking further opportunities on retail parks and roadside sites.

Pure Gym took a new 15 year lease at a rent of £300,000pa, secured planning consent and have now successfully added a new unit to their growing portfolio.
