Pure Gym heading to Weston-super-Mare

The UK’s leading gym operator, Pure Gym, have taken a new 14,000 sq.ft store at Gallagher Retail Park in Weston-super-Mare. Planning consent has been obtained for a 24 hour, 365 day operation and Pure Gym will start fitting out the former Office Outlet at the start of July. Pure Gym were advised by Norbury Sansom

Wantage unit let to British Heart Foundation

Norbury Sansom have let the former TOFS unit on Kings Park, Wantage, to the British Heart Foundation on a new lease at a rental of £80,000pa.

Majestic new opening for Salvation Army

The Salvation Army, advised by Norbury Sansom, has take taken the former Majestic Wine in Kettering for a new Donation Centre. The charity has taken a new 10 year lease with a break at year 5, at a rental of £40,000pa. More stores are required of at least 3,500 sq.ft in roadside or retail locations

One Stop appoints Norbury Sansom in search for more stores

Tesco owned One Stop has appointed Norbury Sansom to acquire new convenience stores in the south-west of the UK and a national remit on new residential led developments.

One Stop Stores Limited is a retail convenience business with over 770 company owned and operated neighbourhood stores and 160 franchisees across England, Wales and Scotland

The majority of it’s stores open seven days a week from 6am to 11pm and offer local communities a range of convenience food and household goods. For added convenience many stores provide additional services including free cash machines, Post Office, PayPoint, Lottery and mobile electronic top-up.

One Stop is a subsidiary of Tesco, which acquired what was T&S Stores in 2003.

We are seeking stores of 2,500 to 3,000 sq.ft in dense residential areas. These may be neighbourhood parades or roadside sites with parking. Freehold or Leasehold
